Elimination of requirements to build ANY parking for new developments.<br \/>\n2.???? Redefine (reduces effective height) possible maximum for single family dwellings.<br \/>\n3.???? Reduces number of units residential homeowners can have in their homes.<br \/>\n4.???? Adds commercial property into residential blocks. (currently implied is very restricted used stores on residential streets)<br \/>\n5.
